My mission is to empower individuals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to make informed and respectful decisions about their sexuality. I believe in promoting comprehensive and inclusive sex education that includes discussions on informed consent in all interactions and relationships, pleasure, body autonomy and body positivity.

 

As a dedicated professional in the field of sexuality and health education, I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, which I earned in 2017 from Hunter College - City University of New York. In my ongoing commitment to expanding my expertise and providing comprehensive support to individuals, I am currently pursuing a Certification in Sexuality and Health Education, which I expect to complete in December 2023. These credentials reflect my deep passion for mental health and holistic well-being, as I aim to empower individuals through a unique blend of psychological insight and specialized knowledge in sexual and reproductive health education.
